PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR CHEMICAL DETONATION ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF HAINES AVIATION CONSULTATION/EMRTC ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 14500 FEET MSL WITHIN A 2.0 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 344500N/1070800W OR THE SOCORRO /ONM/ VORTAC 315 DEGREE RADIAL AT 29.1 NAUTICAL MILES. HAINES AVIATION CONSULTATION/EMRTC, TELEPHONE 575-835-5033, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. ALBUQUERQUE /ZAB/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 505-856-4591, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
