UAV Corp. and Atlantic Industrial Group Form Alliance

AI to Assist in Design of High Altitude Lighter Than Air Vehicles

Atlantic Industrial Group (AIG), a holding company with brands in the defense manufacturing sector, has entered into a long-term licensing agreement to develop and manufacture advanced, highly maneuverable large manned and unmanned Lighter-than-Air vehicles with the UAV Corporation (UAV) of Wewahitchka, Florida. The agreement was executed on June 17 by Michael Lawson, CEO of UAV, and Maceo Remy, Chief Revenue Officer of AIG.

The alliance will deliver short-term solutions to the demand for large vehicles with extended flight, security, and communications capabilities, rapid manufacturing, and economical operation. AIG will design and increase the manufacturing capacity of the multiple existing UAV air platforms to meet demand. The current Florida manufacturing operations will be expanded by building facilities in multiple states including Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Massachusetts. AIG will also leverage its use of AI to assist in the design, integration of modular technologies, and efficient manufacturing. Logistics and maintenance services will also be provided to clients purchasing the platforms.

The collaboration focuses on updated solutions to asset security in logistics, digital media communications, and commercial shipping. Domestic and international clients are expected to immediately show interest in the products and services which will provide the technology as well as AI-assisted modular manufacturing, production time, and operational logistics costs that will be a fraction of existing solutions.

Mr. Remy of AIG said, "This agreement signifies an advancement in media communications and security capabilities America can offer its partners and corporations through a singular platform. Joining forces with UAV Corp continues our model to utilize and combine proven underutilized technology for highly manufacturable advanced solutions."
