NBAA Names Recipients Of 2019 Maintenance Scholarships

Winners Recognized During Conference This Week

The NBAA’s Maintenance Committee has announced the recipients of 2019 Maintenance AMT Scholarships at the association’s annual Maintenance Conference, which takes place May 7-9 in Fort Worth, TX.

With the Maintenance AMT awards in hand, these award recipients will be able to attend model-specific courses at training centers offering aircraft, engine and avionics instruction. Dedicated to the promotion of technical education and training for maintenance personnel in the business aviation industry, the program is open to current and aspiring A&P mechanics and military personnel who are making the transition to a civilian career in business aviation.

The 2019 Maintenance AMT recipients and their courses are:

  • Isaac Agbettor – Rolls-Royce Inc. – One engine course for Rolls-Royce engines currently in production
  • Troy Allen – Williams International – FJ Series Engine Line Maintenance
  • Kristina Andrews – Honeywell FlightSafety Dallas – HTF 7000 Series Maintenance Initial Seven Days
  • Colton Belter – Rockwell Collins – Pro Line Fusion Global 5000/6000 Avionics Course
  • Shannon Carpenter – Rockwell Collins – Pro Line Fusion Gulfstream G-280 Avionics Course
  • Jacob Conner – Bombardier Aerospace – Challenger 300 series Maintenance Initial Course
  • Edwin Davidson – Garmin – G3/5000 Intro course
  • Dakota Dawley – Dassault Flacon Jet – Falcon 900, 900EX, 900EX EASy/DX Maintenance Initial
  • Sarah Fairchild – Bombardier Aerospace – Lear 75 Avionics Course
  • Logan Fry – Williams International – FJ Series Engine Line Maintenance
  • Sean Gullery – Williams International – FJ Series Engine Line Maintenance
