Nighthawk Flight Systems Inc. to Support Sandel Flight Displays

Sandel Customers Likely to Appreciate Support Arrangement

Nighthawk Flight Systems, Inc. has announced that it is the new exclusive manufacturer and technical service provider for all legacy Sandel Avionics displays.

Nighthawk asserts it is committed to carrying on Sandel’s tradition of quality, reliability, and value.

Sandel’s legacy displays are renown for full-sunlight, edge-to-edge optical clarity, optional night-vision goggle compatibility, and flexible Smart I/O that interfaces with most legacy and modern avionics.

Additionally, Nighthawk has announced that ADSB-In capability will henceforth be available for most in-service SN4500 displays with ADSB-In transponder-equipped aircraft and all models in the near future. The company further evinces its commitment to customer satisfaction and retention by stating all new SN4500 displays will be delivered with ADSB-In and TCAS Traffic Display capability, Reversionary Attitude, and Roll Steering functionality at no extra charge. The existing Fleet of SN4500 displays will also be field-upgradeable at no charge.

The ADSB-In capability for SN3500 displays is currently under FAA review. Agency approval is expected in a period of time measurable in weeks. ADSB-In will be provided at no additional charge for most new or in-service SN3500 displays and support for all models soon.

Nighthawk Flight Systems stands firm in its commitment to upgrade the Sandel legacy product line with capabilities sought-out by today’s pilots. Nighthawk plans to introduce innovative new products and services featuring affordable, lightweight, reliable, multi-functional pilot interfaces that the company is confident will set new standards for digital displays.

Headquartered in Vista, California Nighthawk Flight Systems, Inc. is supported by a global network of authorized dealers.
