Registration Opens for 2025 FSA FlightSimExpo

Convention Held June 27-29 in Providence, Rhode Island

The Flight Simulation Association has announced that attendee registration is open for its 2025 FlightSimExpo, held from June 27 to 29 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence. Visitors will have access to seminars, hands-on demos, expert discussions, tours, and more throughout the weekend.

The convention has been held annually since 2018. This year’s FlightSimExpo received the most successful turnout so far, with upwards of 2,400 attendees paying a visit to the Las Vegas venue. It featured announcements from forefront simulator software developers, including updates on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and X-Plane 12. Speakers also presented new developments in artificial intelligence, hardware, and aircraft.

For next year, the FlightSimExpo team has decided to bring its convention to New England for the first time. The 2025 event will begin on June 27 with “#FSExpoFriday”, which is a night filled with product updates and new announcements from all the big names in flight simulation. The evening concludes with a welcome reception for all participants and the FlightSimExpo banquet for only FSA Captains.

The next two days give visitors access to hands-on demos, how-to seminars, and educational discussions from experts. And that’s only the portion inside the more than 85,000-square-foot convention center - attendees will also have the opportunity to take off-site tours.

As of December 14, attendee registration for the 2025 FlightSimExpo is open. The ‘Entire Event’ pass, priced at around $80 for non-members, includes all available seminars, access to the exhibit hall throughout the weekend, post-event recordings, and a couple of refreshments. Weekend or Online-Only options are also up for purchase.

FlightSimExpo aims to put out an initial list of sponsors and exhibitors sometime in March 2025.

“We’ve made it super easy for flight sim devs of all sizes to participate in FlightSimExpo,” expressed organization co-founder Evan Reiter. “Turnkey solutions, part-time exhibit booths, and larger opportunities are all available. The community wants to meet you! Look through our 2025 Partner Overview, speak to other devs who’ve attended, or reach out to me for more information.”
