Signia Buys Precise Flight For Safety Products

OEMs, Completions, And MRO Providers Use Innovative Systems, Equipment

Signia Aerospace, an integrated provider of specialized components and high-performance systems, announced it has acquired Precision Flight, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of aviation safety equipment and systems including the Pulselite system, oxygen systems, and speedbrakes.

Precise Flight products are utilized by a wide range of aviation customers including airframe OEMs, completions centers, MROs, airlines, bizjets, rotorcraft, and general aviation aircraft. The company said it will continue to operate from its current headquarters in Bend, Oregon.

Among many others, Precise Flight customers include Qantas, Alaska Airlines, Gulfstream, Bell Textron, Bombardier, Cirrus, Robinson Helicopters, Airbus Helicopters, Piper, Mooney, Daher, and Textron Aviation.
