Former Legislative Assistant Comes To Work For The 'Good Guys'

GAMA tells ANN that Keri Kohler has joined the association’s staff as the Executive Assistant and Scheduler. “Keri’s experience in both the public and private sectors, where she worked on administrative and legislative duties, is going to be a tremendous asset for GAMA,” said Pete Bunce, GAMA President and CEO.

Most recently, Kohler served as the Executive Assistant for Congressman Ben Chandler where she served as liaison to staff of foreign embassies as well as to various committees within the House of Representatives. She was also tasked with monitoring transportation and infrastructure work within the House Aviation Subcommittee.

Prior to her work with Congressman Chandler, Kohler was an Administrative Assistant at the Law Offices of John T. O’Rourke. She also acted as the Staff Assistant and Legislative Assistant in the Office of Congressman Tom Barrett.

A native of Illinois, Kohler holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Marquette University.

GAMA is an international trade association headquartered in Washington, DC representing over 50 of the world's leading manufacturers of general aviation aircraft, engines, avionics and related equipment. GAMA's members also operate fleets of aircraft, fixed based operations, and pilot training and maintenance training facilities.
