PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR POLICE ACTIVITY INVESTIGATION ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF FBI ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACEAT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 363730N/0940424W OR THE RAZORBACK /RZC/ VORTAC 002 DEGREE RADIALAT 22.8 NAUTICAL MILES FBI TELEPHONE 816-808-4797 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. KANSAS /ZKC/ ARTCC,TELEPHONE 913-254-8500, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
