Airborne 02.09.15: Massive WWII DC Flyover, Quest Brags, Gogo ATG-4

To honor the heroes who fought in World War II and those on the home front who produced the tanks, ships, and aircraft that enabled the United States and its Allies to achieve victory, one of the most diverse arrays of World War II aircraft ever assembled will fly above the skies of Washington, D.C. on Friday, May 8, the 70th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day, as part of the Arsenal of Democracy: World War II Victory Capitol Flyover.

Quest Aircraft Company delivered 30 Kodiaks in 2014, an increase over the previous year and a significant increase over 2012. The company also unveiled several product enhancements and upgrades for the airplane. Gogo says they plan to bring their next generation ATG-4 air-to-ground connectivity technology to business aviation. ATG-4 will be available for business aircraft via a new equipment package called ATG 8000. First shipments are expected in April of this year. All this... and MORE in today's episode of Airborne!!!
