AIC Title Service, which performs title searches, pulls records, and researches escrows and closings on aircraft worldwide, has acquired a competing Oklahoma company, Aero Records and Title Company. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

An announcement on the Aero Records and Title Co. website says "The combination of these two industry leaders brings together Aero Records’ 50 years of experience and reputation with AIC Title Service’s industry leading technologies and aviation transaction management services. As the landscape of the FAA and aviation continues to grow and change, AIC Title Service is committed to its continued expansion of client services and satisfaction.
