Norwegian Manufacturer Offers Glass Panels In Sport Airplanes

Norwegian aircraft manufacturer Atec Aircraft will be offering glass panels made by TL Elektronic as standard equipment in their Omsider amphibian airplanes.

The Czech Republic avionics manufacturer offers products for aircraft ranging from light sport to spacecraft, according to their website. The solution for the Omsider amphibian plane is the company's Integra integrated avionics Glass Cockpit and autopilot.

"We are using the avionics from TL Elektronic from early beginning and their state-of-art products always satisfy us and our customers," said Petr Volejnik, CEO of Atec Aircraft Company. "Furthermore our team was personally excited with the technical readiness of Integra Glass Cockpit while we installed it into Omsider amphibian plane. The Integra Glass Cockpit Autopilot deal smoothly with airplane characteristics and so the plane control is excellent".

Martin Balda, Commercial Director of TL Elektronic, said it is crucial for the company to work with with manufacturers of amphibian planes like Atec Aircraft. "Our aim is to become a leader in supplying of our avionics solutions for amphibian planes worldwide due to its reliability and many other features we developed especially for seaplanes," Balda said.
