'Falcon Dispatch Plus' Launched By Dassault

Program Is Aimed At Reducing Costs, Increasing Aircraft Dispatch Availability

As part of its ongoing effort to reduce operational costs for Falcon customers and further improve aircraft dispatch availability, Dassault Falcon has launched Falcon Dispatch Plus ... a new program available for all models of Falcon 2000 and Falcon 900 aircraft.

This program, developed in partnership with Dassault Falcon Authorized Service Centers, is based on a thorough fleet analysis of over 900 Falcons. During that analysis, Dassault learned which modifications and improvements were the most effective in reducing costs and downtime. A Dispatch Plus package of specific service bulletins and applicable new parts was then developed for each aircraft. Implementing this new package is significantly less costly than performing the same service bulletins individually. In addition, a Falcon Dispatch Plus package can be completed during a 2A Check without additional downtime. Like all major reliability improvements, this program is implemented free of charge on all FalconCare enrolled aircraft.

"We believe strongly in the value and effectiveness of this program and wish to have all our Falcon 900 and Falcon 2000 operators experience its numerous benefits, said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President of Customer Service for Dassault Falcon. "In addition to optimizing their downtime and bringing their Falcon up to date for maximum availability, operators will reduce the financial and technical risks that may be caused by unexpected aircraft downtime."
