NBAA Leadership Conference Scholarship Recipients Announced

Three Receive Free Admission To Professional Development Event

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) announced the three recipients of its 2025 Leadership Conference Scholarship, selected by the association’s Business Aviation Management Committee.

The scholarship covers the cost of registration for attendance at the 2025 NBAA Leadership Conference. The conference is designed for current and future leaders in all facets of the business aviation industry, including aircraft operators, flight department personnel and managers, and vendors who provide products and services within the industry.

The 2025 scholarships are sponsored by donations from committee members and members of the business aviation industry. The winners will be recognized during the conference by the Business Aviation Management Committee.

The recipients of the 2025 Leadership Conference Scholarships are:

  • Alyssa Bourke, quality assurance manager at Advance Helicopter Services in Woodland, California
  • Matthew Olafson, captain at Johnsonville Flight Department in Orlando, Florida
  • Imana Carrazo, supervisor of client experience at Flight Safety International in Dallas, Texas

The NBAA offers several scholarships supporting professional development and business aviation careers. The association was founded in 1947 and is based in Washington, D.C., and represents more than 10,000 company and professional members in companies that depend on general aviation aircraft to support their businesses in becoming more efficient, productive, and successful.
