Aspen Avionics Names Todd Hauge As New CFO

Senior Executive Rounds Out Management Team

Aspen Avionics, Inc. announced Thursday Todd Hauge joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in November, 2007. Hauge has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience, most recently at WorkRite Ergonomics, Inc, where he was first the Chief Financial Officer, and later promoted to President, directing all financial functions and activities for the company.

In addition, Hauge oversaw the development, sourcing, and launch of new products at WorkRite, resulting in lower price for the consumers. Prior to WorkRite, Hauge held senior level finance positions at Vestor Holdings, Inc., a private equity fund, and Deloitte & Touche, where he was Senior Manager, Emerging Business Services.

"We are pleased to have Todd join us in a position that takes full advantage of his financial management expertise," said John Uczekaj, Aspen Avionics’ President and CEO. “He joins us during an exciting period of growth here at Aspen, and his impressive track record speaks to his abilities. He has been a strong addition to Aspen’s executive team.”

Hauge graduated Summa Cum Lude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Financial Executives International; American Institute of Certified Accountants; and New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Aspen Avionics specializes in bringing advanced technology and capability from the commercial and business aviation markets into general aviation cockpits -- and budgets. In addition to the company's inaugural AT300 Hazard Awareness Display, Aspen is currently working to certify its new Evolution glass panel avionics system for certified general aviation (GA) aircraft.
