PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137A(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 321900N/1060800W THE NEWMAN /EWM/ VORTAC 007 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 6000 FT AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATIONS DUE TO AN AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT. B. MC DONALD, FORT BLISS MCGREGOR RANGE, 915-569-9280 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ AFSS 505-222-3020 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
