EL PASO NATURAL GAS CO., TELEPHONE 505-722-3614, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 505 222-3020 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
