Million Air Dallas Adds Tesla Models to Courtesy Fleet

Electrifying Texas Oil Country

Located on Dallas County, Texas’s Addison Airport (ADS), Million Air Dallas pioneered the concept of luxury FBO services in 1984—when Michael Jackson’s Thriller and Bruce Springsteen’s Born in the USA topped the Billboard charts and Ghostbusters, Amadeus, and the Terminator ruled America’s box offices.

In addition to first-rate FBO services, Million Air Dallas provides its clients aircraft management and charter operations encompassing airplane models of all sizes and levels of performance and luxury. From light turbine aircraft suited to regional travel, to large, long-range intercontinental jets, Million Air Dallas offers discriminating travelers unparalleled degrees of choice and service.

For jet aircraft buyers, Million Air Dallas’s True 360 Jet Management program offers effortless jet ownership.

On 21 April 2023, Million Air Dallas announced with pride that it was the U.S.’s first FBO to offer customers and itinerant pilots a fleet of Tesla Model 3 FBO courtesy vehicles. The fleet of all-electric automobiles, provided in partnership with Hertz, is available to Million Air ADS customers for short-term vehicle needs while visiting the FBO.

Million Air Dallas vice-president of FBO services Jeff Zimmerman stated: “Million Air Dallas has always led the way in new, exciting amenities that positively impact the customer experience. The addition of Tesla courtesy cars continues that legacy while supporting our own sustainability goals.”

Hertz offers the largest electric rental fleet in North America with both the Tesla Model Y and Model 3. In addition to the aforementioned Tesla models, Million Air Dallas customers may avail themselves of a large range of courtesy vehicles, including an SUV for larger groups.

Mr. Zimmerman set forth that Million Air’s decision to realign with Hertz was based not only on the latter company’s ability to provide electric courtesy vehicles, but on its level of service, vehicle options, and expansive network—which comprises thousands of locations nationwide serving upwards of 11-million Gold Plus Rewards members.

Mr. Zimmerman concluded: “This renewed partnership signifies our belief that Hertz is the best fit to meet the rental needs of our clients, allowing them to build their Hertz status whenever they rent.”

The company’s renewed partnership with Hertz underscores Million Air Dallas’s commitments to excellence and sustainability, and evinces a unwillingness to rest on past achievements.
