ROCKY MOUNTAIN COORDINATION CENTER TELEPHONE 605-393-8017 OR FREQ 120.45/NORTH/SOUTH IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. HURON /HON/ AFSS TELEPHONE 605-352-7223 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY
