Jeppesen Rolls Out JeppCatalog Mobile App

Features Enhancements To Printed Jeppesen Retail Catalog Content

Jeppesen, a unit of Boeing Flight Services, has introduced a new mobile app, JeppCatalog, to simplify access to Jeppesen’s aviation retail catalog content and enhance the purchasing process for customers. Featuring the same detailed information about Jeppesen’s aviation products and services contained in the printed annual catalog version, the JeppCatalog app also includes video content and links to follow for expanded product information.

Interactive links in the JeppCatalog app allow for direct access to purchasing capabilities offered through the JeppDirect online retail store. The app also includes high definition video detailing the features and benefits provided by Jeppesen solutions, including the Jeppesen Mobile FliteDeck app for iPad.

“Our new mobile JeppCatalog app provides customers with a more convenient way to access Jeppesen product and service information at the tap of a finger on iPad,” said Tim Huegel, director, Jeppesen Aviation Portfolio Management. “We continue to develop digital solutions to eliminate the use of paper-based materials with our navigation information products and the JeppCatalog app follows suit with our tablet-based retail catalog offering.”

The JeppCatalog app features information on Jeppesen product categories including chart navigation services, pilot courseware, flight planning, training materials and pilot supplies.
