ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF DOD, COL BEVERLY WRIGHT, ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET AGL 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS 342029N/0984806W AND THE WICHITA FALLS /SPS/ VORTAC 325 DEGREE RADIAL AT 24 NAUTICAL MILES. DOD, SHEPPARD AFB, PHONE 949-676-7108/940-676-1859 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. MCALESTER /MLC/ AFSS PHONE 918-421-6020, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
