WSI Pilotbrief Online Earns FAA QICP

WSI Passes FAA's QICP Standards For Internet Delivery

WSI Corporation's WSI Pilotbrief Online has received certification and fully complies with the FAA's Qualified Internet Communications Provider (QICP) program. WSI is one of only three organizations to have met the requirements for FAA QICP certification.

The FAA certifies that WSI meets or exceeds its standards for Internet delivery of weather and NOTAM information in the areas of accuracy, reliability and security as set out in advisory circular AC 00-62, Internet Communications of Aviation Weather and NOTAMs. "FAA QICP certification validates the trust that WSI's numerous airline and charter operator customers place in WSI, and our ability to reliably provide their pilots' quality briefings with WSI Plitobrief Online," said Arlo Gambell, WSI Director of Aviation Services.

"This certification is the latest demonstration of WSI's leadership in aviation information delivery, and shows our commitment to provide convenient access to our services at any internet accessible location," he added

WSI applies the same approach to quality in the delivery of WSI Pilotbrief Online as recognized by the QICP certification to all of its aviation briefing services.

Whether in the dispatch office, FBO or FSS with WSI Pilotbrief, or in the cockpit with WSI InFlight, WSI customers are consistently informed by the highest quality weather information available. WSI is the only weather service provider that maintains 24/7 systems and product monitoring by staff meteorologists.
