NORDAM Getting New CEO

Firm Announces Organizational Changes

Bill Peacher, Chief Executive Officer of NORDAM, announced this week that he would step down from his current position at NORDAM's mid-year board meeting. He plans to continue to serve on the Company's Board and will act as a financial consultant to the Company. "This is in accordance with NORDAM's long-term succession plan to return the leadership of the Company to a member of the Siegfried family," Peacher said.

Meredith Siegfried, currently NORDAM's President, is expected to be elected CEO at the Company's July Board Meeting. Ken Lackey, Executive Chairman, and Hastings Siegfried, Vice Chairman and COO of the Transparency Group, will maintain their respective positions.

Peacher had been a long-time financial consultant to NORDAM prior to joining the company as its Chief Financial Officer in 2002. He assumed the additional position of COO of the Repair Division in 2006. He became CEO of NORDAM in July 2009.

Lackey said Peacher guided NORDAM through one of the most difficult periods in the Company's and nation's history, and his financial and negotiating skills were critical to NORDAM's past success and will be necessary to achieve the company's future growth potential.

NORDAM, headquartered in Tulsa, Okla., is one of the largest independently owned aerospace companies in the world. NORDAM designs, certifies and manufactures integrated propulsion systems, nacelles and thrust reversers for business jets. The company employs over 2,000 people around the globe, with facilities in the US, UK, Mexico and Singapore.
