Response Aviation Search Launches New Career Navigator

Personalized Service Provides Guidance, Coaching, Tools For Pilot Careers

Response Aviation Search, a talent acquisition firm for the aviation industry for 35 years, announced the launch of a new service, Career Navigator, designed to provide pilots a personalized approach to strategic guidance, coaching, and the tools they need to compete in the growing and rapidly evolving industry, with a focus on Part 91/135 flight operations.

With a projected industry-wide need for 80,000 new pilots by 2030, according to the National Business Aviation Association, flight departments are facing longer times to hire new pilots as well as increased costs and a dearth of candidates who bring the right set of experience, discretion, and cultural fit.

Career Navigator was developed as a new highly personalized advisory and coaching service focused on pilots to fill those roles. There are four levels of service, depending on where a candidate is in the career search process.

A basic Career Clarity & Strategy Session ($199) is a one-hour consultation focused on eliciting the candidate’s goals, direction, and then creating a tailored plan of action.

The Pre-Flight Check ($249) provides a resume and cover letter tune-up/optimization with detailed expert feedback to improve the candidate's positioning.

The Flight Plan (($499) includes comprehensive interview prep with mock sessions and tactics to help candidates distinguish themselves from others with hiring managers.

The Final Approach ($1,499) is the top level full-service package that combines resume support, strategic coaching, and ongoing advisory assistance throughout the entire job search.

Each package is designed to provide pilot candidates with clarity, confidence, and a tactical advantage to ensure their best performance as they navigate their career.

Neil Capano, flight department consultant and aviation media strategist said, “The job board is an archaic tool for lazy HR careerists. Pilots deserve real guidance, so they can make smarter career moves. This service is good for them and for the Part 91 market.”

Andrew Gutterman, President of Response Aviation Search explained, “Response isn’t about checking boxes. We’re about understanding the people behind the resume and the long-term vision behind each hire. Career Navigator brings that same philosophy to individual pilots, helping them take control of their careers with focus and strategy.”
