So... What's The Latest On Phillippe Patricio?

Joyriding Pilot's Case Still Up In The Air (But He Isn't)

Have you noticed there's not been a verdict in the case of accused drunk, joyriding pilot Phillippe Patricio? That's because the case has been continued... in fact, it was just continued a second time in Danbury, CT court.

As you may recall, Patricio is charged with stealing a general aviation plane from the airport in Danbury on a dark summer's night last year... then flying virtually blind to Westchester County Airport in New York, where authorities say he landed on a taxiway.

Patricio was convicted in a New York court in March... but the Danbury News-Times reports Patricio now faces more charges in Connecticut that include circumventing airport security, reckless endangerment, and unlawful use of a vehicle.

Patricio hasn't seen the light of day since he was arrested June 22 of last year.
