PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 345437N/1201112W OR THE FELLOWS /FLW/ VORTAC 219 DEGREE RADIAL AT 19.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 345635N/1194129W OR THE FELLOWS /FLW/ VORTAC 120 DEGREE RADIAL AT 12.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 345610N/1193046W OR THE FELLOWS /FLW/ VORTAC 102 DEGREE RADIAL AT 19.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 343233N/1191049W OR THE FILLMORE /FIM/ VORTAC 292 DEGREERADIAL AT 18.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 342400N/1192100W OR THE CAMARILLO /CMA/ VOR/DME 296 DEGREE RADIAL AT 16.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 343136N/1195842W OR THE GAVIOTA /GVO/ VORTAC 77 DEGREE RADIAL AT 5.5 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT.
