PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO TOXIC GAS RELEASE. ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF EL PASO NATURAL GAS ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 10,000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 351615N/1121857W AND THE FLAGSTAFF /FLG/ VOR/DME 270 DEGREE RADIAL AT 033 NAUTICAL MILES.
