Major Employers Scheduled for Embry-Riddle Industry/Career Expos

More than 100 employers in aviation/aerospace, business, engineering, and high-tech fields will be on hand to talk with jobseekers at the 2005 Industry/Career Expos at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's two residential campuses.

The first Expo is October 13 from 1000 to 1500 in the Activity Center at the Prescott, AZ, campus. It will be held during OctoberWest Homecoming, which includes the Prescott Air Fair on October 15.

The second Expo is October 26-27 from 1000 to 1500 in the ICI Center at the Daytona Beach campus, 600 S. Clyde Morris Blvd. The Expo will be held during Homecoming Week, which culminates in Embry-Riddle's Florida SkyFest airshow October 29-30.

Sponsored by Embry-Riddle's Career Services Office, the Expos are free and open to the public.

At the events, jobseekers may explore careers and interview with employers from across the nation, including Air-Sur, EADS (European Aeronautic Defense and Space Company), Lockheed Martin, National Air & Space Intelligence, and NAVAIR. Many airlines, such as ATA, LAN, and Southwest, will also be represented.
