WITHIN A 10 NMR OF 385914N/0763011W OR THE BAL157013.3 UP TO BUT NOT INCLUDING FL180 EFFECTIVE 0511301400 UTC (0900 LOCAL 11/30/05) UNTIL 0511301630 UTC (1130 LOCAL 11/30/05). EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED BELOW AND/OR UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY ATC: A. ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS WITHIN A 10 NMR AREA LISTED ABOVE ARE PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR: 1.
