Gulfstream To Showcase Fleet At EBACE 2011

G550, G450, G200 And G150 To Be On Display May 17-19

Attendees at the 11th annual European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, May 17 through May 19 will have four Gulfstream business jets to see. The company’s static display at the Geneva International Airport will include the Gulfstream G550, G450, G200, and G150.

Gulfstream will also have a 1,200-square-foot exhibit at the Geneva Palexpo that will feature one-tenth scale models of all aircraft, including the ultra-large-cabin, ultra-long-range G650 and the large-cabin, mid-range G250. Several members of the company’s senior leadership team will be on hand for the three-day show, including Joe Lombardo, president, Gulfstream; Mark Burns, president, Product Support; Larry Flynn, senior vice president, Marketing and Sales; Pres Henne, senior vice president, Programs, Engineering and Test; Buddy Sams, senior vice president, Government Programs and Sales, and Dennis Stuligross, senior vice president, Operations.

Gulfstream senior leadership will provide a media briefing at 0900 Monday  that will focus on aircraft certification programs, enhancements to the Gulfstream Product Support network and other updates. Comments will be given by Lombardo, Henne and Burns. Additionally, the company will conduct an on-site Operators’ Conference on Wednesday, May 18, to offer updates and technical presentations on maintenance and operational subjects relevant to Gulfstream operators in Europe.

“The European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition provides another opportunity for us to connect face-to-face with our operators in Europe, so they can see firsthand the wide range of Gulfstream aircraft,” Flynn said. “It’s the ideal venue to demonstrate the reliability, safety and technological advances of the Gulfstream fleet.”
