ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF RED ROCK RESOURCES ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 364650N/0992707W OR THE GAGE /GAG/ VORTAC 28 DEGREE RADIAL AT 33.3 NAUTICAL MILES. RORY BARNECHE, RED ROCK RESOURCES, TELEPHONE 405-760-2445, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY.
