Millennium Concepts To Outfit Second BBJ For San Antonio Company

Selected To Provide Interior Components For Gore Design Components

Millennium Concepts, Inc. of Wichita, KS has again been retained by Gore Design Completions, Ltd. of San Antonio, TX to provide engineering, design and fabrication services for a VIP interior in a Boeing Business Jet (BBJ). It is the second aircraft completion project on which the two companies have worked together.

Millennium Concepts -- which has provided engineering and design work for VIP and VVIP interiors on a variety of business aircraft -- is designing, engineering, and fabricating cabinets, galleys, sideledges, vanities, bulkheads, closets, tables, and some installation structure.

The BBJ, which will be completed and delivered to the customer in 2008, will be outfitted with 16 passenger seats, a crew rest area, a forward galley, a lounge area with a buffet and two side-facing divans, a guest bedroom with two single beds and a master suite with a queen size bed and separate bathroom with full shower. Passenger seating areas will also include two pull out tables and a high-low, flip over coffee table on an adjustable pedestal.

"Receiving this second opportunity from Gore Design is an important step for us since it validates our efforts on the customer's first airplane and continues our relationship with this highly-respected completions provider," noted Rodney Gorges, Millennium Concepts director of design engineering. "We look forward to developing an ongoing relationship with them since it has the potential to expand both the number and scope of completion projects for both of us."

Founding in 1999, Millennium Concepts offers "turn-key" capabilities in interior design, fabrication and completions for aircraft ranging from the Cessna Grand Caravan to the Boeing 747. The company's customer base encompasses a variety of companies, including Associated Air Center, B/E Aerospace, Bombardier, Eclipse Aviation, Embraer, L3 Communications, Marshal Aerospace, Nordam, Precision Pattern, Quest, Raytheon, and Yingling Aviation.
