PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 403540N/1114455W OR THE WASATCH /TCH/ VORTAC 129 DEGREE RADIAL AT 18.6 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 12000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING. NORTHERN UTAH FIRE CENTER TELEPHONE 801-908-1900 OR FREQ 132.425/NORTH FORK DEAF SMITH CANYON FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPER- ATION.
