JetLease Wins New Exclusive Black Hawk Manufacturing Resale And Leasing Rights

Partners With Arista Aviation To Market The Multi-Role Helos To Civilian And Military Customers

JetLease, has won the rights, with partner Arista Aviation, to provide the multi-role Sikorsky UH-60A Black Hawk helicopter to both military and civilian markets through a variety of manufacturing resale and leasing options. Including packages such as training, pilots and maintenance alongside financial options to suit all budgets, the new exclusive arrangement will provide opportunities for organisations within such sectors as search and rescue, border control, firefighting, drug interdiction and medical evacuation to use this military-grade helicopter for critical everyday situations.

During the last 40 years, the Sikorsky UH-60A Black Hawk four-bladed, twin-engine, medium-lift utility helicopter, manufactured by Sikorsky Aircraft, has delivered and extracted troops from combat zones, saved lives as a part of medical evacuation requirements, provided critical supplies to troops on the front lines, performed aerial firefighter duties and completed border patrolling exercises. It is this pedigree that JetLease will be providing to customers through a variety of packages to suit individual customer needs.

"The Black Hawk helicopter has become a world-famous iconic emblem of US aircraft engineering, representing the most versatile top of the range aircraft highly suitable for a wide range of critical frontline activities, from search and rescue and border control to firefighting and medical evacuation to name a few," said Russel Dise, Co-Founder and President of JetLease. "We are excited to announce this exclusive partnership that allows public and private sector organisations everywhere to benefit from using this multi-role aircraft in a range of applications.

“Thanks to our partnership with Arista Aviation, we can re-manufacture our Black Hawk helicopters to individual specifications, meaning not only will they fit customers’ exact requirements, but also they will receive a manufacturing warranty for any work completed. Alongside our wide variety of leasing options, we have turned what was an exclusively military-based aircraft into one that can be used commercially all over the world.”

JetLease showcased the aircraft’s unique attributes, alongside the multiple payload possibilities at the NBAA (National Business Aviation Association) Regional Forum, held on 24th January at Palm Beach International Airport. The event was an opportunity for visitors to observe first hand this military grade helicopter in action.
