As NASA prepares to land humans on the Moon by 2024 with the Artemis program, commercial companies are developing new technologies, working toward space ventures of their own, and looking to NASA for assistance. NASA has selected 13 U.S. companies for 19 partnerships to mature industry-developed space technologies and help maintain American leadership in space.
A drone delivery program conducted jointly by Swiss Post and Matternet has been suspended following incidents involving two of the aircraft involved in the program.

Mr. Iannone has served as Director of Operations since 2013, when he returned to Meridian after 13 years in the financial industry. Mr. Iannone is based at the company’s headquarters at Teterboro Airport in Teterboro, NJ.

Pilot And Passengers Give The Board Conflicting Information
The NTSB has issued a preliminary report from an accident involving a de Havilland DHC-2 (Beaver) airplane that resulted in one fatal injury when the airplane flipped over during takeoff from Tutka Bay about 12 miles south of Homer, Alaska. The airplane was registered to Rust Properties LLC and operated by Rust's Flying Service as a visual flight rules on-demand charter flight. The airline transport pilot and three passengers sustained minor injuries, one passenger was uninjured, one passenger sustained serious injuries, and one passenger was fatally injured.
