FlightStats: New Product From Transatlantic Partnership

Conducive Technology And Lennoc Bv Partner On Flight Information Applications

Conducive Technology, developers of FlightStats, a flight status and history technology for the US transportation and logistics industries and Lennoc BV, the leading provider of real-time flight status and history information in Europe, announced the signing of a partnership agreement to collaboratively develop and promote FlightStats throughout Europe and North America.

With this collaboration, FlightStats now offers on-demand, statistical analysis of geographic breadth and detail never before available from a single source. Accurate, objective, comprehensive and timely flight performance information is good for all participants in the transportation industry as airlines, travel agents, airfreight shippers, airports and travelers try to make informed operational, strategic and purchasing decisions based on the real value of the service being provided.

"This partnership delivers a service that is entirely new and that has enormous value to all organizations that need to understand carrier performance on specific routes, airport arrival and departure performance, and overall delay trends." Said Hendrik Noorderhaven, President of Lennoc, BV. "As competitive carriers equalize their pricing, FlightStats performance information becomes a key factor in selection, negotiations and operational strategies." Jeff Kennedy, President of Conducive Technology adds "Corporate travel managers, airlines, logistics professionals and airports in the US, use the data for competitive analysis, contract negotiations and compliance, and to provide a higher level of service to their customers."

Both companies will operate under the FlightStats brand and website. Conducive will integrate Lennoc's European flight status data into their existing proprietary, multi-source data platform to produce structured, practical, and objective flight performance information to systems as easy-to-integrate structured messages, or to end users in on-demand, custom, statistical reports. With this partnership, FlightStats becomes the only system to offer past, present and predictive data for all flight activity in and between Europe and North America.

The partnership will allow both Lennoc and Conducive to consolidate knowledge and experience in the development and deployment of software and Web Services solutions for the transportation industry, including airlines, travel agents, airports, and logistics professionals on both sides of the Atlantic.
