Symphony Announces New VP Of Operations

Time To Ramp Up

Symphony Aircraft Industries (SAI) announced last week that Stephane Paradis has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. Paradis will have overall responsibility for the company's operational activities, including procurement, production planning and control, production, quality assurance and aircraft certification.

"Stephane brings to SAI technical expertise in each of the Symphony product line's core technologies: welding, composites, final assembly, paint and production aircraft certification," said President and CEO Paul Costanzo. "He has the skills, experience, drive and personality SAI needs as we increase production to a mass production rate. Stephane is exactly the right person to help us achieve our goals of setting the standard in the worldwide two-place market, and expanding our product line based on this exceptional platform."

Paradis has spent his entire career in aircraft manufacturing. He worked for nearly two decades at Bell Helicopter Textron Canada before joining the SAI team. At Bell Helicopter he held management positions in quality, tooling, composites and bonding, pre-flight operations and paint. Before joining SAI, Paradis served as Director, Operations. Earlier in his career, Paradis worked as quality manager for AWSM (now Avior), a company that manufactures aircraft systems and components.
