4Air Verifies 100+ Worldwide SAF Locations

Sites Noted On Interactive Map Increased From <20 In 2021

4Air, provider of a range of sustainability-related aviation solutions, announced its interactive map depicting locations where Sustainable Aviation Fuels are available has expanded from less than 20 in 2021 when it was launched, to now over 100 locations worldwide.

4Air verifies ratings designed to enable compliance with industry goals and sustainability efforts simple. Its ratings progress from Bronze through Platinum, specifying the attainment of sustainability goals from Carbon Neutral up to Climate Champion.

The Assure SAF Registry by 4Air assists customers with tracking and verification of SAF usage to support claims voluntarily and for regulatory purposes. The process requires proper documentation for reporting and to demonstrate operators’ commitment to sustainability.

The interactive SAF map on its website serves as a resource for operators who want to find SAF availability sites globally. The rapid growth in just four years demonstrates the commitment of the aviation industry to reducing carbon emissions and promoting a sustainable future.

Approximately 50 sites were added in 2024 and 15 in the first quarter of 2025 alone and the total number now stands at 114 sites at 92 airports globally. The U.S. has 47 sites, with 43 in Europe, 1 in Asia, and 1 in the Middle East.

Kennedy Ricci, President of 4AIR said, “This expansion of SAF availability is an important milestone for the industry and ensures decarbonization solutions are more accessible to a greater number of aircraft operators. Our goal is to empower operators to embrace sustainability through tools like the SAF map and services like the Assure SAF Registry.”

“Fewer than 20 locations were listed when 4AIR first launched the SAF map in 2021,” said Nancy Bsales, Chief Operating Officer. “The rapid expansion to 114 locations at the end of Q1 demonstrates the business aviation industry’s dedication to reducing emissions and fostering a more sustainable future, and we’re proud to be at the forefront of this transformation.”
