Miracle Flights Announces Free Medical Flights For Victims Of Route 91 Shooting

Will Provide Free Commercial Air Travel To Those Needing Specialized Care

As recovery continues for victims of the Route 91 shooting, Las Vegas–based medical flight charity Miracle Flights has announced plans to provide free commercial air travel to those who may need access to specialized, distant medical care to treat their injuries. The offer is extended to residents of Las Vegas, those still hospitalized and those who have returned to their home states.

"Wherever you are, if you were injured in the Route 91 shooting and need financial assistance to see doctors and specialists far away, Miracle Flights will provide free plane tickets to get you there," said Miracle Flights CEO Mark Brown. "Our flight specialists will arrange a commercial flight for you and a caregiver at no cost, so if you need help, please call us."

Interested individuals can contact Miracle Flights at 800-359-1711.

Miracle Flights' announcement comes as an expansion of its initial offer to provide free commercial flights for families of the victims in the days immediately following the shooting.

"The horrific events of October 1 happened here in our home city, and we were grateful we could provide immediate support to the victims and their families," said Brown. "We also know that for many of those injured, physical recovery will be a multiyear process and require extensive, ongoing medical treatment. We intend to help those individuals get the care they need, wherever it may be, for as long as necessary."
