Anra Technologies And Everis ADA Forge Strategic Partnership

Will Work Together On UAS Traffic Management

Anra Technologies and everis Aerospace, Defense, and Security (everis ADS) signed a memorandum of agreement establishing a long-term strategic partnership to provide a comprehensive Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) / U-Space solutions for safe and efficient low altitude airspace operations.

This agreement brings together the expertise and leadership of Anra and its highly regarded software platform for UTM and the expertise of everis ADS, a company specializing in the development of differential solutions based on the integration of innovative technologies. The agreement allows both organizations to collaborate on delivering UTM solutions, areas in which they have a broad understanding and years of experience.

Given the number and type of UAS operations forecasted, it is apparent the existing Air Traffic Management (ATM) System cannot cost-effectively scale to deliver services for UAS. Solutions that develop beyond the current ATM infrastructure and Air Traffic Control (ATC) resources are necessary to enable safe management of the expected rapid influx of UAS operations in this historically underutilized airspace. This new strategic partnership addresses this challenge by providing a comprehensive deployment of UTM that interfaces with existing infrastructure for specific geographic regions or entire nation-states.

"Within the envisioned UTM ecosystem, operations will be organized, coordinated, and managed by a federated set of actors in a distributed network of highly automated systems," said Amit Ganjoo, CEO of Anra. "Along with our everis ADS partner, we can deliver that capability today worldwide.”

“Anra is an ideal partner for everis ADS in this emerging market. They help fill a technological need for our customers that are seeking help to address this new requirement, as this collaboration supports and strengthens our goal of offering differential solutions based on innovative technologies,” said Enrique López, CEO of everis ADS.
