Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services Consolidates Dallas, VNY Shops

Engine Shops To Be Combined By End Of Year

Helicopter maintenance, repair and overhaul provider Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services recently announced it will consolidate its Van Nuys, CA Rolls-Royce model 250 engine repair facility with its Dallas, TX facility by the end of 2008.

Paul Cockell, Chief Operating Officer for Vector explains that in combining the technical resources and personnel from Van Nuys with those currently in place at the larger Dallas Rolls Royce 250 engine repair and overhaul facility, Vector will be able to enhance its levels of service to operators.

Cockell added that, in addition to the advantages gained from consolidating industry-leading technical personnel and equipment under one roof; the physical size of the Dallas facility, coupled with its geographic location enables Vector to offer its services to an even larger base of operators; extending throughout North and South America.

The company stressed the move will have no impact on the Rolls Royce model 250 engine repair, overhaul and test operations traditionally carried out at the Richmond-British Columbia, Canada location.

Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services is internationally recognized for providing superior repair and overhaul service for the Rolls Royce model 250 engine. Vector holds the designation of Rolls Royce Authorized Maintenance Center (AMC), and is a member of the Full-service Integrated Rolls-Royce Support Team (FIRST) Network.
