Group, Inc. (ATG) announced the addition of Brig. Gen (Res) Uzzi
Rozzen, IAI Corporate Vice President for R&D and Strategic
Planning, and Bendrix Bailey, founder and former CEO of Measurement
Computing Corporation, to its Board of Directors.
The new addition will bring a total of 11 seats on the ATG Board
of Directors.
“ATG has said from the beginning we are doing this right -
with the right products, the right suppliers, and the right
team,” said George Bye (below, right), Chairman of ATG.
“Adding these two
gentlemen to our Board of Directors supports the high caliber team
that we are continuing to build in the company.”
“I am very excited to be IAI’s representative to the
ATG Board of directors,” said Rozzen. “We at IAI expect
that a very unique and most cost-effective training aircraft will
come out of our strategic partnership with ATG.”

lifetime,” said Bailey. “Being a part of this adventure
is a high point of my career.”
Rozzen joined IAI in September 2001, and in June 2002 was
appointed Corporate Vice-President for R&D and Strategic
Planning. He served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) between 1967
and 1998, where he commanded two fighter jet squadrons, served as
Chief of Operations at the Israel Air Force headquarters, commanded
two major Air Force bases and was Head of a Division in the IDF
General Staff. After retiring from military service, Gen. Rozzen
acted as an assistant for Civil CB Defense to several Israeli
Ministers of Defense. He has his MBA from the Naval Postgraduate
School - Monterey Gen. Rozzen will be replacing Moti Boness on the
Board of Directors for ATG.
Mr. Bailey recently sold his company, Measurement Computing
Corporation, to National Instruments of Austin, Texas. He led the
company from inception through product maturity, becoming the
number two supplier world-wide of PC-based data acquisition boards.
He was responsible for all phases of finance, marketing and sales,
research and development, manufacturing and MIS systems development
in a company of over 80 employees. Mr. Bailey holds a BS in
Business Administration from Babson College, Wellesley,
Massachusetts and is an active pilot, archer and outdoorsman.
