FDC 5/7905 ZHU MS.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS MISSISSIPPI COASTLINE. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137 (A) (2), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 310630N/0894246W THE EATON /LBY/ VORTAC 221 DEGREE RADIAL AT 26.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 310711N/0882548W THE GREEN COUNTY /GCV/ VORTAC 061 DEGREE RADIAL AT 3.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 301831N/0882421W THE SEMMES /SJI/ VORTAC 181 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 301219N/0893422W THE PICAYUNE (PCU) VOR/DME 154 DEGREE RADIAL AT 22.8 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR HURRICANE DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. ALL AIRCRAFT, EXCEPT DOD/NATIONAL GUARD/COAST GUARD AIRCRAFT FLYING UNDER THE REQUIRED AUTHORIZATION OF THE JFACC, REQUESTING TO OPERATE WITHIN THE AREA MUST CONTACT THE FAA RECOVERY DESK AT 703-904-4547 (PRIMARY), 800-333-4286 (SECONDARY) PRIOR TO ENTRY INTO THE TFR. THE RECOVERY DESK WILL ADVISE IF OMAH45 IS WORKING THE AIRSPACE. IF OMAHA45 IS WORKING THE AIRSPACE, ALL AIRCRAFT WILL REMAIN IN CONTACT WITH OMAHA45 FOR FLIGHT ADVISORIES. ADVISORY FREQUENCY FOR RESCUE OPERATIONS IS VHF 126.875/UHF327.05. ANNISTON /ANB/ AFSS, 256-832-2120, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
