IAC Welcomes New Executive Director, Tim Dahnke

Tim Has Also Served In Various Roles With EAA As A Volunteer At AirVenture

Following the resignation of Stephen Kurtzahn, IAC Executive Director up through the end of January, Oshkosh native, Tim Dahnke, will be joining the IAC team on Monday, March 4 as the new IAC Executive Director. 

He will have responsibility over all IAC operations, including managing events such as the IAC presence at AirVenture and the U.S. National Aerobatic Championships.

In the role, he will interact with the IAC Board of Directors and building support for the IAC membership and IAC chapters while continuing to grow the relationship between IAC and EAA.

Tim is a Wisconsinite. He and his wife Roxy currently reside in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Aviation has always been a part of Tim’s life. He was a manager at the Portage Municipal airport and has been serving in various roles with EAA as a volunteer at AirVenture, along with holding the positions of chapter president, vice president and treasurer for EAA chapters and a Warbird Squadron.

He is a U.S. Navy veteran and U.S. Air Force retiree. He has customer service, management, and trainer experience in the civilian and military arenas.
