ASTM International to Resume In-Person Committee Meetings in October

ASTM Has Created A Number Of Aviation And Aerospace Standards Programs

ASTM International has announced plans to host their fall committee week in person, October 3-8, 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, following a review of pandemic metrics, government guidelines, and member survey results.

ASTM International is committed to the health and safety of members and staff. The organization will be closely monitoring the guidelines set by the CDC, state and local governments, and the hotel venue to ensure compliance at the time of the meeting.

ASTM International encourages those attending to take precautions, including, but not limited to:

  • Self-screening before joining meetings each day for the safety of all,
  • Refraining from attending in person if any symptoms of COVID-19 (coronavirus) arise, and
  • Mask wearing and social distancing for those who are not fully vaccinated.

ASTM International will follow local guidelines and regulations concerning requirements of COVID-19 vaccinations or negative COVID-19 test results to attend meetings.

Registration opens Monday, July 5, 2021.
