HeliExpo '05: Arrow Aviation Takes Delivery of Bell 206L-4

Something To Brag About At HAI

Arrow Aviation Company of Broussard, LA, recently took delivery of a new Bell 206L-4 helicopter. Arrow Aviation is a full service helicopter maintenance firm, which also owns a fleet of 11 Bell 206B Series JetRangers and 206L Series LongRangers, utilized on long-term leases throughout the United States. The new 206L-4 will join the lease fleet following the installation of additional mission equipment at Arrows' Broussard. facility. Initially, the new LongRanger will be operated in the US Pacific Northwest.

Cyril Guidry, Arrows' president and founder commented about the new aircraft, "We can always depend on the L-4 to get the job done. It has just the right payload that our lease customers require, and the reliability that the LongRanger provides is unmatched by competing helicopters. We can send it off on lease, and do very little to keep it operational." Arrows' Chief Financial Officer, Richard Campbell, added, "The LongRanger is exceptional from a financial viewpoint. Its operating costs are very reasonable, and equally as important, the LongRanger doesn't surprise us. CFO's don't like surprises."

Arrow Aviation provides helicopter maintenance and completion services to the commercial, offshore, corporate, emergency medical and private aviation sectors of the helicopter industry. As a Bell Helicopter-Textron Customer Service Facility, Arrow provides structural repair, component overhaul, spares sales, routine maintenance and periodic inspections. Additionally, they provide engine maintenance and overhauls, helicopter painting, avionics services and helicopter completions.
