PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 7 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 404500N/1091300W THE VERNAL (VEL) VOR/DME 016 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 12000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMANT 435-789-7021/FREQ 122.225 (MAIL DRAW FIRE), IS IN CHARGE ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. CEDAR CITY /CDC/ AFSS 435-586-1525 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
