C780 High-Performance Prop Approved On B300 Series Aircraft

McCauley Propeller Systems announced it has received certification from the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) for its newest C780 prop for the Beech King Air B300 Series. The C780 is a four-blade, aluminum prop with swept blades and a 105-inch diameter.

King Air B300 customers can get the prop installed at any local Textron Aviation Service Center or authorized McCauley Service Facility with no additional mods required.

The C780 is an aerodynamic scimitar design, at 173 lbs is made of lightweight yet durable aluminum controlled with a single-acting hydraulic system. It is engineered for the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-60A with a warranty for 5,000 hours or 36 months and its TBO is 5,000 hours.
