PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 191230N/1554808W AND THE KONA /IAI/ VORTAC 144 DEGREE RADIAL AT 30 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION.
