Lancair Names New Sales & Service Center For The Eastern US

Appointment Rounds Out Lancair’s U.S. Sales and Service Network

Lancair revealed that Lancair veteran Doug Walker will take over aircraft sales and service responsibility for the company’s Eastern territory including Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Walker, who also owns Lancair Midwest serving Michigan (east of Lake Michigan) and Ohio, will serve the Eastern territory under the name Lancair East from his base on Clermont County Airport (airport identifier I69) in Batavia, Ohio.

"I am very excited and obviously extremely pleased to have the opportunity to serve the Lancair pilots in the East region. From my base of operations at Clermont County Airport in Cincinnati, Ohio, home of Sporty's Pilot Shop, I can reach the furthest part of the East region in two hours or less in the Columbia 350. What could be more fun than that?"

For The Lancair Company, awarding the East territory fills out the company’s plans for authorized U.S. Sales & Service Centers. The company has a total of 12 authorized Sales & Service Centers around the country.

“From the beginning, we’ve planned to keep the circle of people representing The Lancair Company small,” said Lancair Vice President of Sales & Marketing Mark Cahill. “Doug and his organization have been champions of the Lancair brand almost since the beginning and we’re proud to have him representing us out to the East Coast.

The people of Delaware, DC, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania have a great resource in Doug and his organization.”
