WASHINGTON STATE EMERGENCY SERVICES, TELEPHONE 206-949-1022 OR FREQ 123.1, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION.SEATTLE /ZSE/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 253-351-3520, IS THE FAA COORDINATIONFACILITY.
